We make extensive use of secure client hooks-ups through e-mail systems and encryption systems. We use extranet capabilities to allow our clients and their attorneys to securely communicate directly through managed firewalls, while preserving the confidentiality of each client’s information. We have established a Client Collaboration Site® in our secure extranet. This site is live and in use with several clients today.

I am particularly proud of our record as citizens of our communities. Dykema was recognized in 2007 by American Lawyer magazine for our pro bono program. The firm’s pro bono program encompasses a variety of issues, but focuses on aid to children, to victims of domestic violence and on housing-related issues. Beyond litigation work, Dykema attorneys volunteer corporate, tax, real estate and healthcare legal services to a variety of organizations, including Neighborhood Legal Services, the First Step Domestic Violence Program and the Veterans Consortium.
