His prosecution practice includes the preparation of patent, trademark, and copyright applications; patentability, patent infringement, and patent validity opinions; and trademark registrability and clearance opinions.
Mr. Bhargava's patent prosecution experience focuses on the electrical, electro-mechanical, and mechanical arts, and he has specific experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a wide variety of technologies including semiconductor technology, wireless communication, power, software, medical technology, robotics, RFID, business methods, automotive (structural, electrical, mechanical, exhaust and suspension systems), spray-pump dispensers and printing machine inventions.
