Conducting workplace investigations and audits, she has helped clients avoid or defeat wage claims and discrimination, retaliation and harassment claims.  She is a sex harassment trainer and advises clients on compliance with the ADA, the ADEA, FEHA, and Title VII.  In October 2009 she defeated class certification in a federal wage and hour action brought against a national manufacturer and retailer.
