Office: Ann Arbor
Position: Associate – Estate Planning

Dykema’s Taxation Group seeks an associate with two years of experience in estate planning and administration. Work will include assisting with non-profit work, including drafting corporate documents, in addition to assisting with the creation and administration of sophisticated estate plans. Candidate would be resident in Ann Arbor but would need to have a periodic presence in our Bloomfield Hills office, as well as working with lawyers in many of our other offices. Work will involve extensive client contact.

We seek those with technical expertise commensurate with years of experience, excellent drafting skills with keen attention to detail and strong interpersonal and client skills. Candidates should be team players with an appreciation for the importance of participating in practice development activities.

Office: Bloomfield Hills, MI
Position: Associate – Corporate

Dykema’s Bloomfield Hills office seeks an associate with four to six years of experience in corporate practice. Experience with mergers and acquisitions is mandatory. Candidates also should be familiar with financing and general corporate representation including entity formation and capitalization, corporate governance issues, shareholder agreements and customer and supplier relationships. Drafting of acquisition agreements and ancillary related documents will be expected. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are required.

Office: Minneapolis, MN
Position: Staff Attorney – Consumer Finance Litigation

Dykema’s Minneapolis office seeks a staff attorney with at least three years of consumer finance litigation experience. Previous experience representing banks, insurance carriers and lenders in such matters is a plus. Candidates should have experience in drafting and arguing motions, drafting all manner of pleadings and developing case strategy. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are required. The work requires attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines. 

Admission to the Minnesota Bar is required.
