Office: Washington, DC
Position: Associate – Litigation

The Washington, DC office seeks an associate with a minimum of two to three years of complex litigation experience. Work will involve the defense of product liability and class action cases at the trial and appellate levels in local and other jurisdictions nationwide. Responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, drafting discovery requests and responses, assisting with document-related work, legal research, and writing briefs Other duties will include factual investigation, assisting with deposition preparation, the taking and attending of depositions, arguing motions, and assisting with trials. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are required. Familiarity with products liability law and/or consumer class action defense experience is a plus.

Candidates must be admitted in Washington, DC and preferably also be a member of the Maryland or Virginia State Bars.
