Paralegal to work approximately 2 days a week. Flexibility required. Candidates should have a minimum of three years experience as a paralegal with a strong background in corporate and real estate. Litigation experience would be helpful but not required. Candidates must be detailed-oriented with excellent writing and organizational skills. Duties to include UCC issues, updating minute books, filing qualifications to do business in other states, annual consents, annual reports, preparation of closing books, and preparation of real estate closing documents.
