The Charlotte Office of Dykema Gossett PLLC has an opening for an associate in the Financial Services Regulatory and Compliance Practice with 2-5 years of experience. Ideal candidate would have hands on experience in consumer financial regulatory matters relating to mortgage, consumer credit, multi-state compliance, licensing and enforcement. Knowledge of a variety of consumer credit regulations such as TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, ECOA, and the Dodd Frank Act is needed. We prefer a candidate that has both federal and state regulatory compliance experience, as our team represents a wide variety of financial institutions. We are seeking applicants who desire to work in a fast-paced, cutting edge practice group with a team of dedicated professionals. Summary: Responsible for the reliability, integrity and dependability of the firm’s data and voice networks. Makes recommendations related to specific technologies and develops effective system implementation methodologies in support of stated firm business objectives set forth by the CIO.
