Position: Information Systems Analyst
Performs system maintenance and monitors computer system. Provides technical support and assistance daily to end-users. Assembles, configures, supports and maintains firm computers including notebooks and network servers. Assists in analysis of user requests and recommends technical solutions. Requirements include minimum three years computer support experience including user support and hardware/software troubleshooting. Associates degree in Information Systems or related field preferred. Strong working knowledge of MicroSoft Office Suite applications required. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Must possess strong organizational and customer relations skills. Must be available 24/7. Travels to other Dykema offices on occasion. Requires some lifting of heavy equipment including replacing computer monitors, troubleshooting printers, assembly, etc.

Position: Office Manager - Illinois Offices
Responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the Illinois offices including financial, facilities and security, personnel, technical and library operations. Works closely with Office Managing Member on administrative issues. Requirements include Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required, or a comparable level of training such as that which may be acquired through additional work experience. Three to five years demonstrated effective leadership abilities required; large, multi-office law firm management experience preferred. Broad knowledge of law firm services, policies and procedures and a high level of experience in human resources and supervisory skills required. Effective analytical skills and highly developed interpersonal skills required.

Position: Conflicts Clerk
Performs conflict-of-interest searches in LegalKEY database and other required sources for all new clients/matters. Performs internal searches and updates. Performs conflict-of-interest checks and makes preliminary review of the results for lateral hires. Monitors the integrity of the system's operations. Position: Legal Technology Analyst
Information Technology Department recruits for an experienced IT professional. Assists in Firmwide implementation and support of litigation technology. Acts as liaison between the legal staff and IT staff to provide a blend of services between both areas. Works with attorneys and legal specialists to design new databases tailored to each matter. Provides technical support for Summation iBlaze, TrialDirector and other litigation support applications. Requirements include minimum two years work-related experience. Summation iBlaze v2.5 or higher experience required. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills, both oral and written, required. Works on an "on call" basis providing 7x24 hour support when required. Occasional travel to in-state and out-of-state trial locations as necessary. Occasional travel to regional offices required. Requires some lifting of heavy equipment including servers, printers, and network components.

Position: Financial Reporting Manager
Responsibilities include providing month-end financial reports to senior management, budgeting database preparation and maintenance, compiling client and timekeeper statistics and special management reports as necessary. Assists in the design and implementation of financial reports for monitoring of performance by cost center, practice group, office, etc. Assists in the development and design of the attorney desk-top reporting application. Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a concentration there in, preferred. Three to five years of work-related experience required. Minimum of three years SQL experience preferred. Position: Overflow Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant
Provides overflow administrative support to litigation attorneys and administrative assistants. Prepares documents, completes transcription, answers phones, schedules meetings and maintains files. Three to five years legal administrative assistant experience required. Must be proficient in MicroSoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint). Working knowledge of E-filing (state, federal and district courts) required. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required. Must be a self-motivated team player, adaptable and able to work well under pressure. Some overtime required.
