Position: Legal Technology Analyst
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting Legal Technology Manager in firm-wide implementation and support of legal/litigation technology. Along with the Legal Technology Team, incumbent will be a liaison between the legal staff and the IT staff and will provide a blend of services from both the legal and the technological areas. Provides technical support for Summation iBlaze, TrialDirector and the firm’s other litigation support applications such as video/audio editing software, CaseMap, TimeMap, NoteMap, LAW PreDiscvoery v5.0 or higher and iPro 8.6 Suite. Requirements include: minimum two years work-related experience with practice-oriented work in a law firm/corporate legal department environment; demonstrated, in-depth understanding of the entire litigation support process, including but not limited to, database searching and reporting, scanning and coding procedures, electronic discovery management and document productions. Summation iBlaze v2.7 or higher experience required. Knowledge of Windows XP, and Microsoft Office Suite 2003 (or higher), particularly PowerPoint and Access. Must possess above average working knowledge of computer hardware, including basic networking skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills required. Works on an “on call” basis. Must be available through telephone and/or wireless connectivity, providing 24/7 support when required. Travel, both in-state and out-of-state, required. The lifting of heavy equipment including servers, printers, and network components and the ability to sit for long periods of time while in a trial setting is also required.

Position: Financial Analyst
Major law firm with offices in Michigan, Chicago, L.A., Texas and DC is looking for experienced professional to join the Accounting/Finance Department at Detroit Renaissance Center location. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating and distributing month-end financial reports to senior management, budgeting database preparation and maintenance, compiling client and timekeeper statistics and special management reports as necessary. Position: Staff Accountant
Downtown Detroit Renaissance Center office recruits for a Staff Accountant. Responsibilities include performing general accounting tasks including accounts payable, insurance renewals, survey responses, banking, audit preparation, account reconcilements and fixed assets. Prepares and monitors various budget accounts. Assists with tax return compilation. Prepares cash flow statements. Administers the firm’s credit card program.
