Dykema is pleased to announce that it has received a perfect score of 100 percent in the 2014 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to workplace equality.

With this 100-point score, Dykema is but one of 81 law firms nationwide to have achieved a perfect rating in this year’s Human Rights Campaign (HRC) annual ranking of companies’ policies toward lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees. The survey, which rates companies on 40 policies and practices, has become the “go to” indicator of a business enterprise’s commitment to workplace equality and inclusion.

As a result of its perfect score, Dykema earns HRC’s recognition as one of the “Best Places to Work”  in 2014. While over 900 businesses were rated in the 2014 Corporate Equality Index, only one-third—among them, Dykema—achieved 100-point status.
