Robert Boonin Quoted in SHRM Article about DOL Response to Blocked Overtime Regulations

Robert Boonin, Detroit and Ann Arbor-based member in Dykema’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, was quoted extensively in the Society for Human Resource Management article, “DOL Seeks Expedited Review of Overtime Appeal.” In the story, Boonin puts forth reasons why the DOL request for a speedy appeal following the blocking of the new overtime categories may not be granted.
