Grant Gilezan Delivers Presentation at Suppliers Partnership for the Environment Meeting

Grant P. Gilezan, Detroit-based member and leader of Dykema’s Environmental Law Practice Group, recently delivered  a presentation at the Suppliers Partnership for the Environment's Second Quarter Meeting.

Gilezan’s presentation, “Misalignment in Global Environmental Practices and Regulations Impacting the Auto Supply Chain,” addressed SEC disclosure challenges concerning climate change, supply chain terms and conditions and lack of global “due care” standards for facility decommissioning and health/safety.
