David Graham to Co-Present Products Liability Video Webcast

David P. Graham, Minneapolis-based member in Dykema’s Products and Professional Liability Practice Group, will serve as a featured presenter for a National Business Institute video webcast entitled, “Products Liability From Start to Finish,” on December 19, 2014. The presentation is schedule to begin at 11 a.m.

In his portion of the presentation, Graham will cover legislation and case law updates in products liability claims and negotiation settlements in complex product liability cases. Other topics will include industry trends in product defect cases, assessment and discovery in product liability claims, arguments in product liability litigation: plaintiff and defense, and ethical considerations in products liability cases.
