Jason Grinnell Mentioned in Law360 Article about How Driverless Cars are Changing Real Estate

Jason Grinnell, Los Angeles-based senior counsel in Dykema’s Real Estate practice group, was quoted in the Law360 article, “Deloitte Exec Sees Driverless Cars Changing Real Estate.” The article discusses how real estate lenders, investors and developers are eyeing a major market disruption from driverless cars as well as 3-D printing, and are structuring future development deals to fully take advantage.

The article references Grinnell’s commentary from a previous Law360 article published in April, 2016, where he stated that malls are finding they are able to develop parking space to further accommodate more pick-up and drop-off traffic by ride-sharing shoppers.
