William Kohler Quoted in Law360 Article

William Kohler, Detroit-based senior counsel in Dykema’s Corporate Finance Practice Group and Automotive Industry Group, was quoted in the Law360 article “4 Bad Habits All GCs Need To Break Now.”

In the article, Kohler states that general counsel should be embracing technology in their departments and demanding the same from their legal services providers. He goes on to point out that since document preparation technology, metrics analysis software and discovery technology can cut costs, it would behoove in-house lawyers to get on board and start hiring such specialists to serve in the legal department.

Kohler goes on to highlight that the more a general counsel becomes a partner in the business, the more effective they will become in their general counsel role.
