Gerald Lievois and Alexis Schostak Author Crain’s Detroit Business Article on Autonomous Vehicle Industry

Bloomfield Hills-based attorneys Gerald T. Lievois, member of Dykema’s Automotive Industry Group, and Alexis J. Schostak, Assistant Leader of the firm’s Corporate Finance Practice Group, co-authored the Crain’s Detroit Business op-ed article, “Understanding the autonomous vehicle industry is a complex dance.”

In the article, Lievois and Schostak discuss the intersection of traditional manufacturers and high-tech companies in the autonomous vehicle industry. They go on to highlight that traditional manufacturers and high-tech innovators will have to adjust to each other in working together if they each want to successfully and profitably manufacture and sell large numbers of autonomous vehicles together. They must understand each other’s backgrounds, strengths and weaknesses.
