Mark Malven to Speak at the State Bar of Michigan IT Law Section Annual Meeting

On September 10, 2015, Mark G. Malven, Ann Arbor-based member and leader of Dykema’s Technology and Outsourcing Transactions practice, will serve as a featured speaker at the State Bar of Michigan IT Law Section’s Annual Meeting & IT Law Seminar.

Malven, who is the author of the Practising Law Institute treatise, Technology Transactions: A Practical Guide to Drafting and Negotiating Commercial Agreements, will serve as moderator of the IT Law Seminar.
