Mark Malven and Katherine Noll Speak at the State Bar of Michigan IT Law Section’s Annual Meeting and IT Seminar

On September 8, 2016, Mark G. Malven, Ann Arbor-based member and leader of Dykema’s Technology and Outsourcing Transactions practice, and Katherine Patton Noll, San Antonio-based member in the Firm’s Taxation Practice Group, both served as featured speakers at the State Bar of Michigan IT Law Section’s Annual Meeting & IT Seminar. The seminar took place at the Inn at St. John’s in Plymouth, Michigan.

Malven, who is the author of the Practising Law Institute treatise, Technology Transactions: A Practical Guide to Drafting and Negotiating Commercial Agreements, served as moderator of the seminar. Noll gave a presentation titled, “Transaction Taxes for Software and IT Services.”
