Bonnie Mayfield Presents to State Bar of Michigan Young Lawyers Section 5th Annual Summit

Bonnie Mayfield, a member of Dykema’s Litigation and Labor & Employment practices, was a featured presenter at the State Bar of Michigan Young Lawyers Section 5th Annual Summit, a two-day conference held in Detroit on June 15-16, 2012. Mayfield participated in the panel discussion, Meet the Rainmakers: Business Development Tips for Solos and Aspiring Partners. In her remarks, Mayfield encouraged attendees to identify and build upon those qualities that make them unique, and to find a “marketing mentor”: an senior practitioner whose insights and experience can help accelerate the business development process.

Founded in 1940, the Young Lawyers Section is the oldest and largest section in the State Bar of Michigan, with its nearly 14,000 members representing a third of the Bar’s total membership.
