Janis Ozaki to Speak at IABA Annual Conference

Janis H. Ozaki, Los Angeles-based attorney in Dykema’s Real Estate and Business Litigation groups, will serve as a featured speaker at the Iranian American Bar Association’s Second Annual National Conference, which takes place from Sept. 19-20 at the Hilton Hotel in Costa Mesa, Calif.

Ozaki will serve as a panelist for a session entitled, “Real Estate/Business Litigation: “Winning Strategies for Working with Real Estate Expert Witnesses.” The presentation will cover real estate expert witnesses, hiring real estate experts, cost considerations/budgeting, developing opinions, depositions and trial.
