William Perrone Speaks at The Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants Nonprofit Conference

William J. Perrone, Office Managing Member of Dykema’s Lansing office and a member in the Firm’s Government Policy & Practice, was a featured presenter at The Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) Nonprofit Conference in Lansing Michigan on Thursday, October 2, 2014.

In his presentation, entitled “Consultant Contracts – The Good, the Bad and the Ugly,” Perrone discussed the important details to be aware of when developing a contract when seeking short-term assistance for issues or projects. Some of the key issues covered include consulting contracts, how to avoid legal trouble, and important issues to stay away from.
