Andrew Scott Discusses Real Estate Deals with Metropolitan Corporate Counsel

Andrew P. Scott, Chicago-based member in Dykema’s Real Estate Practice Group, was interviewed in the September 2015 issue of Metropolitan Corporate Counsel in an article entitled, “Real Estate Deals Demand a Delicate Balance.”

In the interview, Scott discusses topics such as the key to winning over a municipality, if there is a way to keep a deal from unraveling through political change, site selection and tax implications and incentives.
