Sheryl Toby, member and co-leader of Dykema’s Bankruptcy practice who also regularly counsels and represents manufacturers on a wide variety of supply chain issues, is one of three guest participants in an 60-minute online webinar titled, “Are Capacity Constraints Paralyzing Your Supply Chain?”. The webinar, presented as part of Automotive News’ Power Training Series: Ongoing Education for the Auto Industry, is scheduled for April 16 at 2pm ET.

Toby and her fellow panelists—Jeoff Burris (Founder and Principal, Advanced Purchasing Dynamics) and Joseph Bione (President and Founder, The Whitehall Group)—will address the supply chain disruptions that currently plague the auto industry and other manufacturing industries, discuss pro-active steps manufacturers can take to identify ‘at-risk’ suppliers and show how the effect of supply chain disruptions can be managed and minimized. Toby’s remarks will focus on the legal consequences, and resultant opportunities, that are prompted by troubled suppliers and lack of capacity.

While this event is aimed chiefly at those actively involved in the automotive purchasing world--from OEMs to the lowest tiers of the supply chain—it has relevance for manufacturers in all sectors.
