J. Kevin Snyder and Gregory Jones Author Article on Bad Faith Bankruptcy Filings for Metropolitan Corporate Counsel

Los Angeles-based attorneys J. Kevin Snyder, member in Dykema’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group, and Gregory K. Jones, senior counsel in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice Group, authored the article, “Going on the Offensive: Quick and Aggressive Responses to Bad Faith Bankruptcy Filings,” which appears in the December 2014 issue of Metropolitan Corporate Counsel, a monthly publication distributed to nearly 20,000 top-tier executives (chief legal officers, genera; counsel, in the law departments of major U.S. companies.
