Sheryl Toby, Bloomfield Hills-based member of Dykema's Bankruptcy Practice Group, will serve as a featured speaker at the American Bankruptcy Institute's 22nd Annual Central States Bankruptcy Workshop in Traverse City, Michigan. Toby is scheduled to moderate a panel entitled, "The Intersection of Ethics and Discovery (What Attorneys Need to Know)," on Saturday, June 13 at 8 a.m.

This panel, which covers the critical relationship between professional responsibility and rules of discovery, will discuss the pitfalls and common mistakes that attorneys make with digital discovery and electronic evidence.
