Firm Earns Top Ranking with More Than 1,600 Transactions

DETROIT—Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced that it has earned the No. 1 ranking in Midwest Real Estate News’ annual poll of top real estate law firms.
According to Midwest Real Estate News, Dykema closed in excess of 1,600 real estate transactions in 2008, outperforming a field of more than 70 law firms which responded to the survey. Additionally, Dykema recorded over 400 transactions valued at more than $5 million. These rankings reflect transactions completed in the Midwest between January 1 and December 31, 2008.

Dykema’s ranking was comprised of a wide variety of transactional work that spanned 13 of the 14 Midwest states which were included in the survey by Midwest Real Estate News, including deals for commercial, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties, as well as land use matters.
