Dykema Member Participates On Panel At Commercial Real Estate Forecast Conference

CHICAGO—Dykema, a leading national law firm, announces that Michael S. Kurtzon, will be part of a panel discussing "The Legal Issues Impacting Real Estate" as part of the 9^th Annual Commercial Real Estate Forecast Conference. Kurtzon has more than thirty-five years of experience in providing legal services to the real estate industry, Co-sponsored by Dykema, this event is Chicago’s largest commercial real estate conference. It will be held at the Chicago Marriott Downtown on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 from 7:00 a.m. until noon.

Mr. Kurtzon counsels institutional real estate lenders on a national basis in a variety of complex lending matters including loan workouts and restructurings. He regularly represents real estate development companies in residential and commercial construction and development projects, including mixed-use projects, land acquisitions and development, financing and documentation for condominiums, and other for-sale housing projects.
