Dykema is pleased to announce that Ernest Aliseda has been invited to join the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). The CLM is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, Corporate Counsel, Litigation and Risk Managers, claims professionals and attorneys. 

Through education and collaboration, CLM's goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.

Aliseda is a member of the Commercial Litigation Group in Dykema’s McAllen, Texas, office. Along with his litigation management experience, he has successfully tried and litigated all types of commercial and civil matters, including breach of contract, business torts, construction defects, medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, employment, international and property disputes.

Aliseda is a former State District Judge for both the 398th and 139th State District Courts in Hidalgo County, along with being a past President of the Hidalgo County Bar Association and former State Bar Director for District 12. He is currently a Governor-appointed member to the University of Texas System Board of Regents and a State Bar of Texas President-appointed member to the Board of the Texas Bar College. Aliseda is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves, where he serves as a Military Judge.
