Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced that Eric T. Fingerhut, member and leader of the firm’s Trademark Practice, has been recognized by World Trademark Review (WTR) for inclusion in its 2013 edition of WTR 1000, the first and only stand-alone ranking publication to focus exclusively on trademark practices and practitioners. This is the third consecutive year – every year that WTR 1000 has been published – that Fingerhut has achieved this recognition.

Fingerhut is resident in Dykema’s Washington, D.C. office.

Fingerhut has earned WTR 1000’s highest rating – Gold band – for his work in Trademark Prosecution and Strategy. He is but one of six practitioners in the metropolitan D.C. area to merit this distinction. Fingerhut also earned Silver band status for his work in Trademark Enforcement and Litigation.

Selections for this edition of WTR 1000 were based on research that included more than 1,500 face-to-face and telephone interviews with trademark specialists, conducted by a team of highly qualified, full-time analysts over a four-month period. Research covered more than 70 country and state-specific jurisdictions.

The 2013 edition of WTR 1000 can be accessed at www.worldtrade.com
