LOS ANGELES - Leading law firm Dykema Gossett PLLC announced today that Harvey H. Rosen joined its Los Angeles office as Of Counsel in the firm's Corporate Finance Practice Group. A highly successful transactional attorney, Rosen brings to the firm more than 40 years of experience as a business and legal advisor to enterprises ranging from advanced and emerging technologies to banking and finance.

Within his more than four decades of practice, Rosen has focused on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and securities work for numerous publicly held entities. He was a founder and for 15 years served as the Managing Principal of the law firm of Rosen, Wachtell & Gilbert, which specialized in corporate, banking and finance matters. Currently he is involved in a series of acquisitions for clients in the aerospace and related industries potentially $100 million in magnitude. He is also frequently called upon to serve as an expert witness in corporate governance and transactional matters and has worked extensively with "Special Committees" of Boards of Directors in highly sensitive matters.

Rosen currently serves as Special Pro Bono Counsel to Assistance League of Southern California, one of Southern California's largest nonprofit organizations, in existence since 1919. He has taught at the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University and continues to mentor students in the Entrepreneurship Program. Rosen also is a frequent lecturer at Pepperdine's Law and Business schools. He earned his J.D. from George Washington University and is admitted to practice in both California and Washington D.C.
