With more than 17 years’ experience as an in-house legal adviser, Catherine S. Bowe helps clients achieve balance between their business objectives and managed risks. She is a results-oriented adviser, with excellent legal, strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Catherine’s work focuses on negotiating and structuring complex acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, equity and debt financing, and investment funds, including fund formation, marketing materials, investor-side letters, and regulatory matters. She also has broad experience in corporate governance and complex contractual arrangements.
