Erin R. Katz

Prior to joining Dykema, Erin as a senior attorney for mid-sized firms and successfully defended claims including product liability, wrongful death, personal injury, construction contract disputes, electrocution, and multi-million dollar franchise disputes. She also handled cases involving automobile negligence, no-fault benefits, uninsured/underinsured claims, transportation, and trucking. This experience further enhanced and expanded her approach to all litigation.

Erin also previously served as an associate in the litigation department of a boutique Michigan law firm. She worked with the nation’s largest title insurance groups and numerous underwriters to resolve a variety of real property issues through litigation and mediation. Erin also represented some of the nation’s largest financial institutions, mortgage servicers, and corporation in all aspects of lending disputes across the State of Michigan.
