From buying and selling to leasing and financing to property management, R. K. (Dean) Hagan helps clients make the most of their real estate assets. Dean also works with them on construction contracts and brokerage agreements, and he negotiates corporate, partnership, and limited liability company agreements. His experience includes office buildings, retail properties, industrial properties, multifamily properties, and hotels.
Dean has been involved with the Building Owners and Managers Association of Chicago and given speeches to the Chicago Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association, and the American Conference Institute.
