William Kohler, Detroit-based co-leader of Dykema's Autonomous and Connected Vehicle Team, and Ross J. Altman, Chicago-based member and leader of Dykema’s Construction Law practice, have authored the article, “Changes In Transportation Are Poised To Transform Commercial Real Estate” for Commercial Investment Real Estate.

Altman and Kohler share their visions of how future autonomous vehicles will transform urban development, building design, and the infrastructure, and also suggest new investment opportunities which will open up for the commercial real estate industry as a result.
