We represent our insurance clients in all types of complex commercial mortgage financing transactions, including non-traditional structures such as mezzanine loans and B-notes, and equity participation via joint venture and preferred equity. Our real estate finance experience extends to all types of commercial properties, including multifamily, shopping centers, office, industrial, mixed-use, hospitality and resort. We also regularly represent our real estate lender clients in the workouts, enforcement and restructurings of troubled projects loans.
