Position: Staff Attorney – Financial Services

Dykema’s Chicago office seeks an attorney with active bar admissions to both Illinois and Indiana and a minimum of three years of financial services litigation experience for a staff attorney position. Previous experience with mortgage-related litigation is required; experience representing banks, insurance carriers and lenders in such matters is preferred. The work requires attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines. Candidates must have strong writing and oral advocacy skills. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and arguing motions and other pleadings, significant case development / management experience and experience with federal and local state courts.
