The American Health Lawyers Association reappointed Joanne Lax as Chair of its Post-acute and Long-term Services (PALS) Practice Group for the 2014-15 program year. As Chair, Lax is responsible for all of the activities of the Practice Group, including educational webinars, Member Alerts, Member Briefings, topical toolkits, audio tutorials on selected topics, tweets and list-serve postings.
PALS serves skilled nursing facilities, hospices, home health agencies, assisted living providers, senior housing providers and rehabilitation providers.
