Lance Boldrey Addresses New Michigan Cannabis Regulations in Law360

Lance Boldrey, Lansing-based Leader of Dykema’s Cannabis Law Practice, is quoted in the Law360 article, “Cannabis Regs: Mich. To Ease Recreational Pot Licensing.”

The article discusses how Michigan, in an effort to curb illicit marijuana sales within the state, no longer requires license applicants to hold a medical marijuana license as of March 1, cutting license fees by half. The article goes on to discuss how the move eliminates red tape, helps the small business owner, and removes barriers to social equity applicants.
