Charles A. LeMoine Discusses School Health Waivers in Chicago Daily Herald

Charles LeMoine, Chicago-based Member in Dykema’s Litigation Department, was quoted in the Chicago Daily Herald article, “Waivers not a foolproof fix to play basketball.”

In the article, LeMoine discussed the ability to enforce school health waivers, particularly those used in athletics, in a litigious state such as Illinois.
