Donna McElroy Addresses Pregnant Workers Fairness Act in HR Magazine

Donna McElroy, San Antonio-based member in Dykema’s Labor & Employment practice group, was quoted in the HR Magazine article “Pregnant Workers Fairness Act Would Require Accommodations.”

The article discusses the need for legislation in order to accommodate pregnant workers and describes specific accommodations covered by the PWFA, as compared to the Pregnancy Discrimination Act that was modeled after ADA.
