Donna McElroy Discusses Bexar County’s Face Mask Mandate in San Antonio Business Journal

Donna McElroy, San Antonio-based member in Dykema’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, was quoted in the San Antonio Business Journal article, “Legal? Likely. Enforceable? Tricky. What businesses need to know about latest mask mandate.”

In the article, McElroy comments on the latest mandate from Bexar County and the City of San Antonio regarding wearing face masks in public and possible fines levied to businesses who refuse to comply.
