David W. Palsrok Included on the Crain’s Detroit Business 2020 50 Names to Know in Lobbying Guide

Dykema alumna Jen Flood also made the listing

David Palsrok, Government Policy Advisor in Dykema’s Lansing Office, was listed on the Crain’s Detroit Business guide, “2020 50 Names to Know In Lobbying.” The guide is a selection of professionals representing trade groups, major corporations, law firms, long-established multiclient lobbying firms, sole proprietors and rising stars in the business.

Palsrok focuses his work in the areas of energy, financial services, insurance, gaming, environmental policy, higher education, transportation and taxation. He began his career as a Legislative Aide to a State Representative and served as Chief of Staff to a State Senator. Palsrok also managed a statewide ballot initiative and has spent more than a decade lobbying for various entities in Michigan, including the Michigan Association of Realtors, Connect Michigan and the Small Business Association of Michigan.

He earned his B.A. from Michigan State University.

Additionally, Dykema alumna Jen Flood was also listed among the 50 lobbying professionals in the guide. Flood recently was promoted from Director of Legislative & Public Affairs to Deputy Chief of Staff for Governor Gretchen Whitmer, where she manages the governor’s legislative and public policy agenda.
