Arlene Switzer Steinfeld Discusses Needed Preparation for Employees Returning in Business Insurance

Arlene Switzer Steinfeld, Dallas-based Senior Counsel in Dykema’s Labor and Employment practice, was quoted in the Business Insurance article, “Have plan for contact tracing, testing before workers return.”

In the article, several people discuss the need for employers to provide clear messaging, including the “employer’s rules for symptom screening, testing, contact tracing, quarantining or self-isolating.” Steinfeld advises employers to err on the side of caution and to also keep any employee’s contact tracing information separate from their personnel file.
