Boldrey to Participate in Panel Discussion at 2nd Annual Tribal Economies Conference

R. Lance Boldrey, a member whose practice focuses on Indian law, will be one of four panelists at the 2nd Annual Emerging Tribal Economies Conference in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on September 20 and 21, 2012.

Boldrey and his fellow panelists will address, “Tribal Finance—Accessing Capital for Tribal and Individual Enterprises.” Among the topics to be discussed: Creative Financing for Tribes and Tribal Members; Tribal Members on Trust Lands; How to Start a Native CDFI (Community Development Financial Institutions program); and, Using Tribal Bonds for Economic Development. Boldrey is sure to draw upon his significant experience with complex state-tribal relations.

The two-day conference looks to provide professional insight and practical advice that tribal leaders can use to attract new business and investment, retain talent, facilitate job creation and convert emerging economies to sustainable ones.

The event is expected to attract tribal decision makers as well as business leaders, lenders, financial planners and government officials from across the country. The event is CLE-accredited, with up to 10.5 general credit hours available.
