Stephen D. Bolerjack, senior counsel in Dykema’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation practice, will speak at the ABA Section of Antitrust Annual Spring Meeting, held in Washington, D.C. from March 28, 2012 to March 30, 2012. This year marks the meeting’s 60th. Bolerjack’s session, The Antitrust-Labor Interface: Not Just for Pro Athletes, is scheduled on Wednesday, March 28, 2012, from 3:45 p.m. until 5:15 p.m. It will address those important lessons that businesses outside the sports world can draw from recent high-profile collecting bargaining in major sports leagues.

By participating in the meeting, Bolerjack—who has more than 30 years of experience in antitrust and trade regulation law—will have the opportunity to connect with more than 2500 antitrust and consumer protection lawyers and economists, representing more than 40 countries. Because it is one of the world’s largest gatherings of antitrust professionals, it is a distinct honor to be selected to speak.
