Corporate Counsel Rank Dykema Among the Top Firms Serving Fortune 1000 and Large Organizations

Dykema, a national law firm, announced today that it has been listed as one of the best law firms in the United States for client service performance. The firm's superior client service places the firm in the top 15 percent of all law firms.

As part of its “2018 Client Service A-Team” survey, BTI Consulting Group has listed Dykema among the best 75 law firms that serve Fortune 1000 companies and other large organizations. Overall, the firm moved up more than 40 spots from last year's ranking. BTI’s rankings are completely based on independent, unbiased feedback from clients, obtained through in-depth telephone interviews with decision makers at organizations with more than $1 billion in revenue.  

BTI said that it scores each law firm on feedback related to 17 activities that “drive superior client relationships,” how difficult it is for companies to find law firms that perform well in each activity, and which firms the performed the best in each activity. The companies surveyed are from several different industries, including banking and finance, consumer goods, energy, food & agriculture, health care, insurance, pharmaceuticals, non-legal professional services, technology, telecommunications, and transportation.
