Gary P. Gordon, Lansing-based member in Dykema’s Government Policy practice, and former Chief Deputy Attorney General for the State of Michigan, was quoted in The Detroit News story, “Board Orders Review of Prevailing Wage Repeal Signatures.” The piece also featured a photo of Jason T. Gordon commented on the Michigan Bureau of Elections’ decision to review the signatures on a petition campaigning for the repeal of the 1965 Prevailing Wage Law, which stipulated that all state-funded construction projects must pay the same wages to both union and non-union workers.
