David Graham Quoted in Corporate Counsel Article

David P. Graham, Minneapolis-based senior counsel in Dykema’s Products Liability and Professional Liability Practice group and leader of the firm’s Food & Beverage Practice Group, was quoted in the Corporate Counsel story, “Facing Huge Verdicts, J&J Keeps Switching Its Lead Counsel.”

In the article, Graham suggests that in-house counsel are sometimes motivated to change teams after a loss, and also comments on the costs of replacing attorneys.
