Jason Grinnell Appointed to Law360’s Real Estate Editorial Advisory Board

Jason Grinnell, Los Angeles-based senior counsel in Dykema’s Real Estate practice group, has been appointed to serve on Law360’s 2016 Real Estate Editorial Advisory Board. The goal of the Editorial Advisory Board is to get feedback on Law360’s national and international coverage on real estate news articles and to gain insight from experts in the field on how best to shape future coverage.

Grinnell, who has been a regular source for Law360 Real Estate reporters, focuses his practice on real estate finance and commercial real estate transactions. He regularly advises clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financings and leasing with an emphasis in the retail sector, having represented national developers and global retailers in leasing matters. In the real estate finance sector, Grinnell specializes in renewable energy project finance matters and regularly advises financial institutions in connection with commercial real estate loan transactions, loan workouts, forbearances and other distressed debt transactions.
