Jason Hanselman Participation in Redistricting Movement Noted in MLive

Jason T. Hanselman, Lansing-based member in Dykema’s Government Policy & Practice group, was quoted in the MLive article, “Ballot Language for Independent Redistricting Proposal Approved by State Board.”

The story chronicles the debate over changing Michigan’s redistricting process and submitting the modifications to the November 2018 election ballot. Speaking for the Protect My Vote organization, Hanselman expressed concerns about certain consequences of enacting the proposed changes.
