Hanselman discusses how counseling tribes can be tricky when federal agencies could soon revise their interpretations of federal statutes impacting tribal businesses, pointing out that an entirely new administration in Washington could have a new approach to tribal gaming. He goes on to state that a new administration could take some significantly different positions from the Obama administration within 18 months.
