Jim Hermon Discusses Backlash Against Private Arbitrations in Crain’s Detroit Business

Jim Hermon, Detroit-based member in Dykema’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, was quoted in the Crain’s Detroit Business article, “Splitting up is hard to do: Visteon-Leuliette severance fight shows old rules are changing.”

In the article, Hermon points out the increased backlash against private arbitrations, especially with public companies. He further highlights that companies are choosing to not hide particular behavior in a sealed environment as a result.
