The Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas has named its Cardozo Society Member of the Year Award in honor of Dykema attorney, William B. Finkelstein. Finkelstein, a member in the Firm’s Corporate Finance Practice Group, has been a long-time member of, and key contributor to, the Federation and to its Cardozo Society. Finkelstein was himself named Cardozo Society Member of the Year in 2010.
The Cardozo Society is the leadership and programming arm of the Attorneys Division of the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas. Its name honors the memory of Benjamin N. Cardozo, a noted American jurist, whose service to the New York Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court figured prominently in the advancement of American common law in the early 20th century.
