Mark Malven and Brian Balow to Speak at the State Bar of Michigan IT Law Section’s 12th Annual Information Technology Seminar & Annual Meeting

Michigan-based attorneys Mark G. Malven, Leader of Dykema’s Technology and Outsourcing Transactions practice, and Brian R. Balow, Senior Counsel in Dykema's Corporate Finance Practice Group, will both serve as featured speakers at the State Bar of Michigan IT Law Section’s 12th Annual Information Technology Seminar & Annual Meeting on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2019, in Plymouth, Mich.

Malven will co-present “Liability Limits & Indemnities—Practical & Tactical Perspectives,” while Balow will co-present “Negotiating Security Addenda.”
